Sky Sports F1 UHD quality

I have Sky Q and Legacy F1 sports chanel with UHD

I normally watch F1 in UHD but a couple of weeks ago I had the Sky engineers out and they replaced my dish, LNB and all the wiring back into the house to the Sky box

SInce this has been done I can no longer recieve the Sky F1 in UHD. The picture goes green then pixelated and back to green again and the sound is choppy. I waited a couple of weeks as I thought there may be an issue with the broadcast but it hasn't resolved. So I contacted sky and they said as the rest of the chanels are working it must be an issue with the broadcast. They instructed me to change the skybox setting to HD and wait 48 hours. I'm not convinced that this is the issue as its been going on for 2 weeks.

I have to admit I am not impressed by the advice given when you contacted the Call centre.

I suspect you need a visit from an engineer to double check the new alignement.

Anyway I have escalated your post to SKY who, hopefully, will be in touch to give any further advice and may be able to book an engineer if suitable

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

I also have the same issue. I record F1 in the and he (to watch on different TV's) the uhdbon the uhd TV keeps freezing on a green screen and sometimes is half a screen and half green. When I watch the hd recording on same TV it is ok. This is not just F1 channel but all the uhd channels. Do I need a new sky box? I have sky Q

@Lois+K Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
