&lt;P&gt;Last night at 21:00 - we suddenly had an MR102 error on our WiFi connected remote Q box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We don't use Sky internet and have a good WiFi signal in the bedroom (65Mbps)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This took almost 30 minutes&amp;nbsp; to resolve&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why should it suddenly do this ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Never had any problems with HD or previous boxes in 21 years&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;let me just say that my wife almost threw the remote box out of the window last night&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a network problem. Have you tried disconnecting both main Q box and mini from the wifi and then reconnecting them? The mini box gets its feed from the main box so the problem might be with your main box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your Network WIFi signal in the bedroom is irrelevant as your Q box cannot connect to this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mini boxes on WiFi will only connect to the WiFi mesh generated by the Q box when using 3rd Party Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it happens again &amp;nbsp;try a Network Reset on the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
