    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help. I managed to speak to sky and this issue is now resolved ..apparently we need HD to access the recording , catch up and on demand now which I did not have and it therefore blocked &amp;nbsp;my access . Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not access my recordings anymore it is telling me to upgrade ? I took he off my contracts but the sky can elles are not all HD and I seems not to be able to axées what I recorded whilst I was away ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
