      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last few days we've noticed the audio drops out for a split second randomly but often. This is with both live and recordings although I'm going to have to check the Apps (Disney+ &amp;amp; Netflix at least) to see if it's across all feeds. Is this a known thing at the moment as we've only recently become aware of it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu. &lt;BR /&gt;To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With Settings highlighted press &lt;STRONG&gt;0 0 1 Select&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings. &lt;BR /&gt;After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.&lt;BR /&gt;If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.&lt;BR /&gt;To re pair the remote press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Resetting the settings will also reset:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control&lt;BR /&gt;Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been listening to it all morning (live, recordings &amp;amp; rewound or paused content) and strangely haven't replicated it yet. This is without doing anything to the box at all, very perculiar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just recording one channel whilst watching another that was rewound a couple of minutes to see if it's the hard drive going. So far so good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly it's still there and was on Netflix this time, I'll have to check&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;with the wife on any other content as she watches it way more than myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll try the reset given above and if no joy I'll have to try the TV speakers rather than the soundbar for awhile to rule it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue but doing a re-set did not fix the issue.&amp;nbsp; I run my sound through my cinema surround system /DVD player and have added a Y splitter to send the optical feed to both my Sky Q box and my Samsung TV. Could this be the cause or is it a software issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I watched some of the hull v hull kr rugby this evening on 401 and not a sign of any dropouts. So it's been sorted out or it's just the footie. Time will tell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
