mini box gets hot and looses connection

Both sky mini boxes get hot even when on standby. They then lose the connection - to the main Qbox (mine).

Unplug and put in fridge for 5 mins , they cool down.

Plug them back in and usually hey presto and we are away..

Very Very very annoying for aged parents who don't understand why.

I have replaced one of the mini boxes and same thing happens day later.

Pretty sure that won't do the box any good especially as it's only loaned to you.
