Pairing Remote to Falcon TV

I have a smart travel TV, the make is Falcon. When the Sky Engineer installed my Sky Q mini he paired the remote to the Falcon TV, he told me Falcon wasn't listed but he'd put it under another name - I can't remember the name and need to pair a replacement remote. I'm hoping this is an Engineer hack that someone can help me with.

I've tried inputting the TV's model number and pairing it under "Other", but no luck.

@Vicvoos the name wasn't Vestel was it ?
