Sky q won’t connect to wifi

Hello

my Sky a box will not connect to broadband router.

I have unplugged, reset, woe's numerous times.

spoke to help desk couldn't help. Our through to an engineer got cut off and now cannot get hold of anyone.

other devices were connected now appear not to be but showing ok on app when through 4g. Any ideas?
