my sky q remote control is not working from past 3 days

i tried everything

I do restart I change batteries

everything I do it

can u please send me other one

No as we're other customers here, not Sky.

Call them or buy one if you need it quicker.

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
