i have been referred to join sky by a friend. ive been on sky website but there is nowhere to select to apply for sky q. is it not possible to join on line?

Thanks GD1, I've used the linl but when I press on "get started" it reverts me to a page that says "

Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now

Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.

Manage my account

I suppose I will have to call them. Their website isnt very easy for new customers to join!!

If you are using your friends referral link then you do need to make sure you click through it to place the order otherwise it is likely that the referral will not work.
