Sky Q main box paramount +

Haven't had any problems with watching paramount + on 2 mini boxes BUT tried last night and today to access in room where main box is and it will only come up with a sign in or sign in through partner (Apple TV). Can't make sense of it. Have reset router, to and main box to no avail so if I want to watch Paramount I need to sit in a bedroom! Any help,out there please? Tried using the sign in from computer and obviously says I don't exist because I get it through my Sky cinema package

hi @hackettblue

As you have been watching OK on the minis I assume you have aactivated it all OK

You need to select the Sign in with Paramount +

- make sure it is highlighted (you may have to tab up/down to it) and press enter

The email & password will be the same as you used for the minis - these should also work on your computer - I watch Paramount + mainly on my Windows desktop browser.

If you are having problems signing in on your computer also then I suggest you double check the email & password you are using
