Sky Q mini problem

My sky Q mini box keeps going to a blue screen. We still have program sound but no pictures. We then have to put it in standby and turn back on again and picture returns. I've tried a proper reset but still having problems.

A footnote to this we are now experiencing sound problems on the mini box with the sound dropping out at random times.
