My hd channels are not working channel 2hd channel 4hd . Does anyone else have this issue

There isn't a channel 2. What channels are you referring to? Is it BBC2 and Channel 4?

Yes bbc2 hd it's most channels yhat have hd in the end. It be does not work there are allot of the channels that do not work it says no satellite signal

Use the link provided by @oldfella You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company, not Sky.
