Hi there , I have received emails and text saying you have not received my sky equipment back . I sent it back a couple of weeks ago now . I also need another package to send back another sky mini box .

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.

I've threw it out now as it was a while ago I posted them and just presumed they had revived them . 😩😳

After sending the equipment back did you get any emails from Sky thanking you for doing this ?
