First all check all cable connecting your Device, Trying to restart the Sky Q Box, Check Single Strength, Check for system Updates, Try with different channels and Content.

Hi @Dj1964 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
