    <description>&lt;P&gt;Been back and forward with Technical teams for the last 2 days, and having delinked &amp;amp; linked my Sky ID to e-mail address was pushed back to Technical team to activate. Infact got transferred to a guy in the broadband team who tried to help &amp;amp; asked me if I was getting any error codes. I told him that when I clicked on Get Paramount + option on TV, I finally got to a screen telling me that they were working on it and listing a MySky_2008 error. The guy looked up the error in their system and said this was a known error since June and that the teams were still trying to replicate &amp;amp; fix it, could take a month, so watch this space. He suggested I&amp;nbsp; keep checking back with the technical teams periodically or keep trying the Get Paramount+ option periodically. He seemed quite genuine as opposed to just trying to give me the brush off, so will take him on his word for today and will check back with the technical team next week and see if they can confirm this error code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My sky Q and paramount plus are still not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I follow all the steps on the main page and I get the link saying You have already linked your Sky and Paramount Plus accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the paramount app it says I'm signed in as my email address but there is no active subscription so not sure what's happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Paramount Plus and they said my email address is not currently active with Paramount Plus either&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There must be a way I can get help with this as this has been going on for over a year now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please someone from sky help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem,&amp;nbsp; Paramount + app works fine on the main Sky Q Box, but on the mini box the logo comes up and it doesn't load any further. Any ideas on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have reset the sky mini box (both options), reset network settings and still not resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
