    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After many weeks of the internet dropping saga, the main box has stopped working, red light on, Q sign constantly whirring round, no signal to tv so unable to use Sky tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having gone through trouble shooting it's ended with ordering replacement equipment. &amp;nbsp;Apparently takes up to 3 working days for a DPD delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No email confirmation received. 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I know this has gone through? Plus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will any compensation for loss of Sky tv be offered?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA for any responses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your outstanding order info in the My Sky App or online account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failing this you need to contact Sky Directly.&lt;/P&gt;
