I have BT internet and sky q plus a mini box, internet has always been fine until the last couple of months, we get regular drop outs, streaming services constantly buffering mini box keeps disconnecting, other devices are fine and the router produces a solid 50mbps on Wi-Fi with all other devices and with multiple devices at once iPlayer and paramount plus are the worst offenders for buffering but happens with all apps

Hi @Frdougalmaguire

Go into your Left Hand Netflix menu in your Q box and scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right and select Get Help.

On the next screen you will see the option Check your network.

This will give you an indication of what broadband speed your Q box is receiving.

Also with BT you need to switch off Smart setup in the BT router.

Hi thanks for that, I have a bit smart hub 2 and I am trying to find settings for smart setup on the hub manager on my mobile and it doesn't have it on there, is this something I have to do from a pc?
