Install booked no update online

Morning all,

Have a engineer booked to come fit the sky Q this afternoon and just got home and checked the online order tracking and it says engineer booked but engineer allocated abd i have had no call

Should i be worried no ones coming and i have lost half a days wages or is the sky tracker just rubbish?

It could be either so it might be worth calling them to check that everything is in track and that the instaltion will still take place this afternoon.

Engineer allocation

Hi, I am due to have a dish and sky Q installed today. The timestamp was 12-5pm, and it is 2:30pm. I have checked and there has been no engineer allocated, I have called sky, but they just said that its will come, which did not help.

should I be concerned and if so what should I do?
