Sky Q Mini Box

Morning, our sky q mini box has all of a sudden started to freeze and jump on all channels.

I have tried all the resetting the router, resetting the box and connecting it to the main box again.

We have a booster box upstairs as we can't get a wifi signal in the bedroom

Has anyone experienced this and how did you solve it?

I'm going to phone sky this morning and get an engineer to come out and have a look at it

Morning @Sarah-83 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
