    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a problem with network on Sky TV.&amp;nbsp; I have been told that I need to press WPS button on my router to reset.&amp;nbsp; Problem is I cannot find any WPS button on my Sky router.&amp;nbsp; All I can see is a very tiny button on the left hand side at back of router which says 'reset' but on pressing this it hasn't solved the issue.&amp;nbsp; I just have the same msg coming up on TV screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I have now found the button.&amp;nbsp; Couldn't see it last night due to poor lighting &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Problem now resolved after a phone call to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
