Probs with network connection

I am having a problem with network on Sky TV. I have been told that I need to press WPS button on my router to reset. Problem is I cannot find any WPS button on my Sky router. All I can see is a very tiny button on the left hand side at back of router which says 'reset' but on pressing this it hasn't solved the issue. I just have the same msg coming up on TV screen.

@Amethyst02 if you have the broadband hub the eos button is in the right hand side of thouterbits very easy to miss with that being quite thin so look at the right hand edge

Thank you for your response to my problem. I have, however looked all around the box (including sides) and can see nothing

Thank you. I have now found the button. Couldn't see it last night due to poor lighting 🙄. Problem now resolved after a phone call to Sky.
