Remote issue

Reset sky mini box

turns on and off ok

when I turn it on the Home Screen is showing on screen

got three remotes, one new, and when I press 1 and 3 on any of the remotes, they flash 20 times instead of 2

please help

Hi @DJGA

With the mini on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Tried 6 and 9 in sight of box

nothing I'm afraid must be the box?

Tried that, 7 and 9 flash 4 times

4 and 6 flash 4 times

1 and 3 flash 20 times on all 3 remotes

6 and 9 does nothing @DJGA

First reboot the mini.

To reboot press Standby on your minii remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your mini box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your mini remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the mini box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Then with the mini on the Home Screen,

Completly reset your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

You say point the remote at the Q box, is that not the mini box? As the mini box is the problem

Yes @DJGA

A mini is also a Q box.

Sky reprogrammed my three remotes for me
