Hi,

we had to cancel sky as you did not provide the network I. Our area. We were then told you will send us boxes to return the kit, that has not happened and we are now being told we will be charged. Please amend.

Not sure what you mean by 'amend'. But if you haven't returned the boxes (which you are contractually obliged to do) then the charge is valid.

You can use your own boxes etc. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

@Woolls16 if you don't have suitable packaging you can use, you'll need to contact Sky to request it to be sent.
