Sky randomly switches to netflix

Whenever I'm watching TV, using another app like YouTube, Disney etc, my sky box randomly switches to Netflix. It happens at random times - the worst times being whenever I'm in the middle of watching a movie or something gripping. I've checked the remote, no buttons are being pressed or are accidentally jammed

The batteries have been changed, the box is fine - I've restarted the box thinking that might help but nothing seems to solve the issue! Can anyone help?!

Same issue here - watching a recording or a sky channel on the sky a box and Netflix randomly switches on.

we don't use Netflix on our sky box so would happily delete the poxy thing.
