Hi,

I am missing the connections that connect my sky box to wall connections.

You'll have to explain in more detail. When the Sky engineer fitted the unit all of the connections would have been there and tested...

How are they now lost/missing?

Connections supplied for Q boxes only include a mains power connection and a HDMI cable to connect direct to TV.

The two cables from the Satellite dish are normally connected during install direct to the Q box by F connectors.

Thank you, I have just moved into a new flat and it wa already connected to Sky. The previous tenants possibly left with them!

Have you moved from a property with your own dish to your flat with a communal system ?

Do you know for certain that the new flat is suitable for SKY Q
