Sky Q mini with virgin wifi

I've currently moved house and couldn't keep sky broadband so I've had to move to virgin. The mini box at the back of my house is so intermittent and lags a lot. Even through a powerline adapter. I do have a sky booster that I had once before when being on another ISP. Does anybody know how I can connected this somewhere in between the 2 boxes?

I had similar problems with Wi-fi on my Sky Q minibox (I'm with Virgin, too). Even my main Sky Q box less than 2m away occasionally lost connection.

This probably doesn't help you, but I gave up on Wi-fi and connected everything by Ethernet cable.
