I can’t access my paramount plus

I can't access my paramount plus even though I have sky cinema. Ever since I had my old box replaced with a new one, it asks me to sign in but says email and password invalid. I've pressed the forgotten password link but it doesn't send anything to my email address. When I've trying signing back up to it it says I'm already signed up to it and I just need to log in.

Looks like you may be trying with the wrong Email address

It seems it's a wider issue as none of my apps are loading with anything tonight on sky

Just checked here and Paramount plus is loading and working Ok

Mines the same error code MySky 2205 or somthing like that been trying for weeks tryed all the reloading and updating nothing g works

I can get paramount plus in living room but having trouble on mini box
