Why can't I view programmes when they are downloading?

I used to be able to do this once programmes started downloading but since my 'upgrade' can't do it anymore and downloading whole programme takes ages, has anyone worked out how to do this?

Hi @templewood

Depending on your Broadband speed you can watch downloads without them being fully downloaded.

You need to start watching them from the Recordings - Most recent section.

Hi @templewood What is your broadband speed? I can watch most downloads within a few seconds of requesting the download on 73 Mbps. Is there a problem with your download queue, that is, is there something blocking it. Power rebooting your broadband router followed by the Main Sky Q box is a good place to start.

Many thanks, just checked my broadband and there is a fault.
