Hi guys, so my contract ends in 6 days I'm looking to renew it but take some things off it ? Would I need to cancel my contract and make a new one or am I able to somehow edit the pre-existing contract ?

hi @Beksarmstrong

Technically your contract doesn't end until you do cancel - your discounts do come to end at the end of your minimum contract

You won't need to cancel but can adjust your packge .

We do recommend that you call SKY to do this as often you will get better deals than relying on online options

When you do take ay further discounts then you are likely to begin a new 18month minimum contract

Hi @Beksarmstrong

You cannot edit your contract..

Changing your package will mean a new 18 month contract
