I have Netflix as part of my Sky Package. I am on holiday at the moment and can't access Netflix via the tv as Netflix doesn't recognise my email address

Looks like you are not using your correct Email ?

It's the one linked to my Sky ID and I've tried my others as well

Is it the Email address or your Password that is the issue @Tonyyyy18 .

With the Netflix from Sky you can use Netflix on any device that has the Netflix App

The message I receive is that it doesn't recognise the email address.

This is also when I try to log onto Netflix on phone etc
