topic apps missing in Sky Q

unable toload itv x and paramount apps on my sky q box.

box was replaced yesterday and i set up new box and unable to get thease two apps

allready tried this just annoying that it was all working on previous box and not on this new one

tried the refresh apps yeterday and again today now awaiting sky to get back to me

Did you check that the Q box is on the latest Software? (Q220......... )
