Hi,

I wondered if I upgrade my Sky TV package, do I then receive a brand new contract or does it remain on the same term end date?

It will mean a new 18 MONTH CONTRACT

Many thanks. That's what I thought, so the new contract cooling off periods apply don't they?

You should receive details of your cooling off period with any change in contract terms

Hi @LK95

You should receive details of your cooling off period with any change in contract terms

however, @LK95 SKY don't do trial periods and generally I think they don't have cooling off periods for most changes to subscriptions.
