Hi everyone, can someone advice on this? We just swapped over rooms LR to DR and also moved TV..but the cable is short and need extend. How can I book Engineer? Or any other way to do that?

Hi @Lenka+Adam

If the new location is on an outside exterior wall and there is a suitable route from the satellite dish then it may be possible for Sky to replace the dish to Q box cables.

They would charge in the region of £65 for this if it is possible.

Your other option is to purchase a pair of satellite cable extensions which are readily available on the internet. Obviously not a neat solution with all cables internally.

thanks for reply. Probably not externally as its rented property and don't know how happy landlord would be about that. I am looking to extend cables internally but not sure anymore as the cables would probably have to go around the skirting boards. Just wondering if paying for multiscreen would be easier option.
