Sky Q not showing upgrade options

My sky q box isn't letting me check prices for upgrade and online it doesn't even give me the option to check prices to upgrade to movies, it gives me the option for sports but then takes me to a error page

Not a given that upgrades will be shown on your Q box.

Chech the Offers tab on the top Community line of this forum

That was a start, pressed see offers and took me to my account, only shows sky glass and says see sports offers, even when I press sports offers it takes me to a blank page
