      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My friend babysat my children at my house and logged in to her nexflix account, this was the first account logged in to my sky q box when it was new and we haven't been able to sign out through sky q since, there is now a show we want to watch on Netflix and we can't access the nexflix that we have free with sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please Help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately this probably means that your friend's Netflix account has been linked to your SKY account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think in the the first instance you (and/or your friend) will need to contact Netflix - See this link - Select Help uising an app &amp;amp; then Netflix &amp;amp; then Activating &amp;amp; using Netflix&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On that page see the note&amp;nbsp; at the bottom&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I suspect when you contact them you may need to be with your friend so they can confirm any details for the account that was linked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
