You are correct, this is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Perhaps if you explain the issue someone on here can advise you saving you a call.

The virtual assistant has to be the most infuriating, useless system I have experienced in the past decade. How on earth can Sky think for 1 minute that it's acceptable?

We pay a premium for the services we receive, yet they provide a virtual assistant that is only good at refusing to connect you to an agent and just loops constantly. They then have the cheek to make us come here for support... So not only are we paying a premium for a TV service, we are also reducing their costs by using community support and getting their own paying customers to do their job. It's a **bleep** take and as a result I am now going to leave sky when my contract is up. It really is infuriating.
