      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try taking it out, cleaning it with a soft cloth and reinsert it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
