&lt;P&gt;Switch the Qbox into standby with the remote and then switch it off at the mains..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then carefully check that both cables from the Dish are securely located in the back of the Q box and one is not loose.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If both seem OK you possibly need to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish and cables.&lt;/P&gt;
