&lt;P&gt;If I am correct the Sonos beam relies on the ARC connection from the TV..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1st thing if you haven't already is to do a power down restart of your TV (switch off at mains or unplug) (&amp;amp; probably Sonos Beam)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that double check the HDMI Digital audio out settings on your TV to ensure auto (rather than PCM) &amp;amp; that the TV s set to use Audio System&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. It was the arc setting. Somehow I managed to knock it off at some point. It’s now working perfectly again. Once again thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
