By having a Sky subscription which covers Netflix, and then signing into the Netflix app on a Sky device (Q box, Glass television or Stream puck) using the existing Netflix credentials.

This generates an instruction for Netflix to switch billing to the Sky account.

Do you then just cancel your CC payment to netflix there after.

When you move your Netflix to Sky, the payment to Netflix will stop automatically. You do not have to cancel the payment to Netflix.

You will going forward, see Netflix listed and paid via your Sky tv bill.

If you are half way through a billing month, Netflix will add a credit to your account, which you can use if you cancel Sky Ultimate TV and revert to standalone Netflix at a later date.

CC payments are pull, not push. So you don't need to cancel anything. The billing info should be clear in your netflix account if you are concerned they'll double charge you.
