Internet keeps dropping

Hi So i have a sky q box in the same room as my sky router however the internet keeps dropping out i have tried turning off at plugs and turning back on it works for roughly 5 mins then cuts out again. Everything is green on wifi router aswell. Does anyone know how to fix this please
