Obviously a problem with the channel directly @Hedir nothing to fo with your Q box.

As the Subtitles do not match the language there are plenty of options for errors.

Noting you can do with your Q box.

Only option is to report the issue to Viewer relations but any improvement is unlikely I suspect.
