No sound from sky q using youtube

Using SKY Q box I have got no sound when

i select YOUTUBE APP other apps are working

fine.

sky q audio settings. 2160p 10bit.

digital audio output HDMI DOLBY DIGITAL

PLUS.

connected to Sonos arc

using my Samsung tv freesat tunner I have

got sound with the YOUTUBE APP.

I have found another thread on this subject, it seems there's more

Updated sky q box + refreshed apps issue still there,

and then reset settings all ok now.

I THINK THE PROBLEM IS A BUG IN THE SKY Q uhd BOXES

Sky needs to fix this issue NOW!!!

I have exactly the same issue! The phone engineer managed to loose all of my sound so I was stuck without any, then it just came back and youtu.be was fine for a week and now it's started going off again on YouTube! What can I do???

When my case happened, I called sky and they changed my sky Q to the 2TB box which they said did not have the problem.

since i updated my box its been working ok
