Hi @juliebutt You will need to return your SKYQ Mini boxes as they are loaned to you, the fee you paid for the boxes were an admin fee, not a purchase fee!

well in that case my admin fee to return is £50

@juliebutt This is a customer to customer only community, you are not talking directly to SKY.

If I were you I would take a look at yout T&C's for you SKYQ TV subscription, as it explains everything there.

You can think of it as rental with a one off payment. The upside is if anything goes wrong, sky are responsible for getting it sorted.
