Recording ot accessible.

Tried settings 001 yesterday & reset even though lost previous recordings. Set up new recordings yesterday & watch some last night. Now today circle of doom. Spoke to CS who advised engineer will call with in 48 hrs. Fingers crossed 🤞

What is your sky package - sky q, glass, stream etc

If sky q or sky hd, Do you have the hd package?

If not, did you accidentally record off some non free to air hd channels?

Sky Q . Multi room box not connecting either. It says due to technical error. In settings on both boxes ir states I am connected to WiFi also.

Now cannot put live TV on hold reason - service not available due to problem with hard disc drive. Let's hope engineer is here soon. Not getting full service I am paying for, especially when several programmes are on at same time. I know there is +1 hour & +24 hours on certain channels but does not fit in with my timescales of life!
