Sky Q multiroom box

my tv has not been turned on for a while but when i did it says it is rebooting the sky q box and then goes totally blank. cannot get onto sky at all. Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi @Dom+Shaw

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

Still not working...... it just goes blank after first reboot page

Was the green led illuminated on the front of the Mini when you pressed
