Paramount plus cancellation

Hi there

I am trying to cancel Paramount plus, I have been trying for over 2 weeks now and when I go throughthe app and press the cancel subscription I get a constant 'error, we are working on it' keeps coming up.

I have now been charged for another month!

What's going on?

Paramount + is free if you subscribe to Sky Cinema - do you? If not and you are paying for it, are you paying direct to Parmamount?

Yes - paying direct to Paramount but I need to cancel it through my sky tv.

I don't know the process, but I don't understand why you can't cancel it directly with Paramount

Hi @GM72

You will need to cancel via Netflix itself - it has nothing to do with the app as such / which version you use

Maybe try going via the web site
