    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've added multiroom today via the app. I've had an email to say that I've changed my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not had any email about having another box sent out though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called and I was told that it usually takes 3-5 days for it to come. The advisor did say it was a bit odd that he couldn't see the box on my order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into my account it says I have no orders. When I joined sky the box and broadband showed as orders in the my account section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should the multi room box show there or does it just turn up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Adding Sky Q Multiroom ( Q Multiscreen) &amp;nbsp;doesn't necessarily mean that you have also ordered a mini box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Minis must be specified as there is normally a one off upfront payment to rent a mini..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Suggest you go back to Sky and doublecheck that a Mini was definitively included with your Q Multiscreen order&lt;/P&gt;</description>
