@Towelface You're not talking to Sky via the forum, no one will or can send any packaging in response to a forum post You can use your own.

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

You can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you’ve included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
