<title>topic Sky cinema technical issue in Sky Q</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Sky-cinema-technical-issue/m-p/4363460#M588831</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am subscribed to sky cinema. But when I try to watch a film, I select "watch" and I simply have an error message at the top of he screen saying "because if a technical issue your download cannot be completed. Please try again later". This happens no matter which film I select. I am up to date with all my payments for the sky subscription. Any suggestions??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
