Bluetooth range

Hi all, a question relating to Sky q box, it's remote and bluetooth connectivity. Is there a simple plug and play device that will extend the range that the remote operates over? Sky q box hd to tv is distributed using a HD over cat5 splitter / receiver. It works perfectly.

3 TV rooms in the house, with the sky q box in an AV cupboard close to two of the TV rooms, but a distance of 25m , from the 3rd. Remote works perfectly for the two nearby rooms, but not the 3rd. Can anyone help ? Thanks in advance.

I admit I have not done any research but, personally, I don't know of such repeaters

Is a possible option to get another remote & use it in IR mode and if possible use an IR repeater or transmitter/receiver - although I have no idea of their range or how easy it is to still get them

P.S. I have been pleasantly suprised by the range of bluetooth remotes but I am not totally surprised that it doesn't work over that distance

Hi, thanks for the reply. I could go down the IR route if needs be. Our old Sky + HD box was controlled by IR from the 3 locations as all 3 rooms are currently part of a Linn multiroom installation ( #oldschool !) that has an IR pass through facility making control very easy. However, room 3 is about to be removed from the miltiroom., and I would then have to think again as the pass through IR would not work in room 3 and room 3 would need it's own IR link....and how 2 IR "eyes" are placed on the Sky Q box is another question. Perhaps HD via cat5 with IR pass through is the answer for all 3 tvs. I just thought " simples, extend the bluetooth range".... but that is my problem..." how" ! Thanks again.
